Cambridge, MA, August 31, 2010 – Lando and Anastasi, LLP (L&A) today announced that it has recently extended its lease at One Main Street, Cambridge, MA. The lease amendment calls for L&A to remain at its present location through May 2021. John Anastasi, the L&A partner handling the lease negotiations noted, "The firm is pleased to make this long-term commitment to our space in Cambridge. This reaffirms one of our founding ideals of maintaining a strong presence within a community of entrepreneurship." The firm worked with FHO real estate brokers and CB Richard Ellis, the property manager of Riverfront Office Park, to negotiate the amended lease. Financial terms were not disclosed. The new extension provides L&A with options to take on additional space in the building as the firm continues to grow.
