  • Health and dental insurance (100% employer paid premium for individual health and dental plan)
    • Currently offer a choice of three plans with Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, including HMO, PPO and HSA options. Premium contributions made by L&A cover all or a portion of premiums, depending on plan selection. Employees may use pre-tax dollars to pay any remaining premiums. An annual cash payment is made to those not electing the firm’s insurance
    • Coverage is with Delta Dental of Massachusetts. Premium contributions made by L&A cover 100% of individual dental plan, and a portion of premiums for family coverage. Employees may use pre-tax dollars to pay any remaining premiums.
  • Cafeteria (Pre-Tax Flexible Spending) Plans for:

  • Pre-Tax Commuter Programs for:
    • On-site parking
    • MBTA Pass Corporate Program (passes purchased through and delivered by L&A)
  • 401(k) Plan – Eligible for employer contribution beginning on the first day of the month after one month of service with the firm. Annual contribution is typically 3% of gross pay.
  • Profit Sharing Plan – Eligible for employer contribution after 1000 hours of service. Annual contribution is typically 4.5% of gross pay, which may be pro-rated depending upon start date.
