Health and dental insurance

  • Currently offer a choice of three plans with Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, including HMO, PPO and HSA options. An annual cash payment is made to those not electing the firm’s insurance
  • Coverage is with Delta Dental of Massachusetts. Premium contributions made by L&A cover 100% of individual dental plan, and a portion of premiums for family coverage. Employees may use pre-tax dollars to pay any remaining premiums.
