Overview

Peter’s practice is focused on intellectual property litigation.  His experience includes all phases of District Court litigation and inter partes review, including performing technical analysis and pre-suit diligence, preparation of infringement and invalidity contentions, and drafting of discovery demands and expert reports.

Peter has received several awards, including the ABA-BNA Bloomberg Program Award for Excellence and the National Order of the Barristers Award.  His Moot Court honors include the ABA Client Counseling Competition (Northeast Division Winner, 2017) and the Donna Jo Morse Client Counseling Competition (Winner, 2016).

Prior to joining L&A, Peter was an IP Litigation Associate at Barclay Damon LLP in Syracuse, NY.  He also was an active volunteer at the Syracuse Volunteer Lawyer’s Project Landlord-Tenant Clinic and the Syracuse Family Law Clinic.
