Overview

Stephen brings his background in various leading edge technologies to his work with L&A’s electrical engineering group. He assists in the drafting and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications in several areas, including  uninterruptible power supplies, power conversion and semiconductor devices.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephen worked as an electronics engineer at Northrop Grumman on a number of classified programs.  He was a lead designer for a digital communication interface sub-unit for a classified space program; and also worked as a test lead for an RF signal generator module for a classified radar program. Stephen’s work as an engineer includes algorithmic development and analysis related to the accuracy of antenna system measurements, digital signal processing, and wireless communication systems.
