Judge Timothy Hillman has announced that he will retire from regular service on July 1, 2022 and will then serve as a senior judge. Judge Hillman became a Magistrate Judge in 2006, and a District Judge in 2012. Prior to his federal service, he served fifteen years on the state court bench.
