Massachusetts 2019 New Laws Governing Trade Secrets and Employee Non-Competition Clauses

  • September 11, 2018

In August, Governor Baker signed a new law governing trade secrets, broadening the types of information that can qualify as a trade secret and setting up protections for trade secrets during litigation. A summary of these laws can be found here.
