Myeress v. PRX, Inc. (D. Mass. 20-cv-11769).

  • September 29, 2020

Photographer Joe Myeress accuses PRX of using his copyrighted photograph of a fawn without license. He says that PRX operates the website, which is a network of various podcasts including “The Allusionist,” and that the photograph was used in a Twitter post promoting an “Allusionist” episode. The post that is attached to the complaint is from “,” however, and was clearly written by the author of the podcast, and the complaint does not indicate why PRX is responsible or should be liable for its inclusion in the post.
