We are pleased to announce that the firm sponsored the $70,000 Hackathon at the Immersive Education Initiative (iED) 2024 South Africa Blockchain in Education Symposium.
The Blockchain Hackathon took place at Stellenbosch University, South Africa on February 6th and 7th and featured $70,000 (1,279,876 South African Rand) in prizes for the winning participants. Ultimately winners were chosen from a pool of 125 participants representing 36 different countries.
L&A has sponsored previous Hackathon events and Immersive Education Summits and partner, Craig Smith is a frequent speaker at the events.
