Partner Nicole Palmer to Present at 2026 BIPLA Symposium

L&A Partner Nicole A. Palmer will be presenting a panel discussion, “Reexamination Reloaded: Practice Updates & Director-Initiated Reexam in Nintendo,” at the 2026 BIPLA Symposium. Nicole is the Co-Chair of the Boston Intellectual Property Law Association (BIPLA) Patent Office Practice Committee.

The BIPLA Symposium is an annual two-day event promoting the interchange of ideas and information in the IP community. This year’s Symposium will feature programming tracks on US patent reexamination, AI-assisted innovation, pharmaceuticals, and international patent prosecution.
