BOSTON, MA — Lando & Anastasi LLP (L&A) is pleased to share that intellectual property litigator Andrea B. Reed has been named as a Partner of the firm, recognizing her nearly two decades of experience helping technology companies protect their innovations and navigate high-stakes intellectual property disputes.
Andrea brings more than 18 years of litigation experience to the partnership, representing clients in patent, trademark, and other complex IP matters in federal courts across the country and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Her work spans the full life cycle of a dispute—from early case assessment and preliminary injunction proceedings through discovery, trial, and appeal.
What distinguishes Andrea’s practice is the combination of litigation strategy, technical fluency, and an understanding of the business decisions that often drive an IP dispute. She represents companies working in advanced manufacturing, electronics, consumer products, medical devices, software, and other technology-rich industries.

In addition to litigation, Andrea counsels clients on technology licensing, settlement agreements, and IP-related business issues. She has particular depth in materials science and manufacturing technologies and has worked with clients in fields ranging from biotechnology and petrochemicals to food technology and medical devices.
