Lando & Anastasi, LLP Announces Management Committee for 2020

Cambridge, MA – Lando & Anastasi, LLP (L&A) recently announced the re-election of Robert A. Skrivanek, Jr. and Keith F. Noe for another two-year term on the Management Committee. They will join Peter C. Lando, who remains on the committee for the coming year.

“Bob, Keith, and Peter, have proven to be an effective team as co-managing partners, and the firm will benefit greatly from the continuity of their leadership as we execute near-term plans for the further expansion of our practice and our firm,” commented John Anastasi, a co-founding Partner of the firm.

Peter Lando has a robust intellectual property law practice which involves all areas of IP and related transactions. He has extensive experience in the chemical process industries, water and wastewater treatment technologies, medical devices and mechanical and industrial design among many others. Peter is active in the intellectual property law community, speaking to general industry, client and student groups such as the AIPLA, BPLA, ACPC, and INTA. He serves as co-chair of the Licensing Executives Society Boston Chapter and is an active member of the International Network of Boutique and Independent Law Firms (INBLF).

Keith Noe has nearly thirty years of experience in private practice and as in-house counsel, which affords him a unique perspective to his clients’ business goals, products, and people. He understands the importance of providing quality and cost-efficient legal services. Keith’s clients represent technologies related to electronic, mechanical, and consumer products among others. He is an active member of the BPLA and INTA. Keith will be serving his second consecutive term on the Management Committee.

Bob Skrivanek is a successful patent prosecutor, with in-depth experience in the development and management of significant global patent portfolios. He has expertise in all phases of patent prosecution, including appeal, oral argument, inter partes and ex partes re-examination, reissue, and post-grant opposition, and has been involved in many due diligence investigations and authored numerous patentability and freedom to operate opinions. Bob will be serving his second consecutive term on the Management Committee.
